WHO WE ARE?

F.A.V.A.R is a 501 (c) (3) organization that provides six to twenty four months service to homeless and previously incarcerated individuals and their children.

WHAT WE DO?

F.A.V.A.R services include: case management, counseling, clothing, shelter and mentorship. F.A.V.A.R is faith based, with the love of God and our fellow men.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to assist men, women and children with a smooth transition back into society and becoming productive / constructive tax paying citizens.

How you can help!

F.A.V.A.R provides volunteers with training on how to conduct his or herself when entering a prison. This class teaches what to watch out for, how to interact with inmates and other important facts.

This knowledge is crucial. It ensures our volunteers are safe and effective. It also guarantees that those we wish to aid have every opportunity to hear what we offer.

Testimonials

My name is Marvin D. Womack and this is my testimony, no it's not my testimony it's God's, because if it wasn't for Him I wouldn't be here to share it with you now. I have been on drugs for as long as I can remember but for the past 8 months, I have been clean and sober, and before that I was clean for 4 years, until one night I ran into someone that I haven't seen since I moved to Charlotte and thought that it was alright for me to give him a ride and go to a strip club. read more

A Note from the President

It's that time of year again, when you can donate your vehicle to a worthy cause, and receive a tax deduction as allowable by law.

F.A.V.A.R Ministries has men in dire need of transportation to get to and from work, school and appointments.

Our volunteers and staff are working diligently to assist these men in acquiring their state drivers license and insurance. Please consider donating a vehicle that would assist someone in getting their life back on track.
